Whoever wants to learn a science needs to know its principles so that it can better understand the science sought. There are several principles in the science of tajweed that should be understood:

The creator of rules from the practical point of view is the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) because the Qur’an was revealed to him from Allah, the Most High, with tajweed, and he received instructions from him from the Trustee, Jibreel, peace. to be with him, and to show it to his companions, who then taught it to his followers and so on until he came to us through these chains. Those who establish the rules from the scientific point of view are the scholars of the Quranic sciences, such as Abu ‘Ubaid Al-Qasim bin Sallaam.
